Songz has a go at covering one of the hottest tracks to come out this year. I must admit, I had high expectations but those were shot down when Songz started rapping. Like Drake, I think Songz should stick to singing. His rendition of the chorus however is absolute magic.

One half of Major Lazer, Diplo, appears in the advert for the new Blackberry Torch by RIM. I spotted this advert during the breaks whilst watching the Xfactor, which begged the question. How many Xfactor viewers actually know who Diplo is?

Ryan Leslie & Jasmine Villegas produce “Hello” In-Studio
There’s nothing to be said. This guy really is incredible. He’s been blessing us with short clips of him in the studio producing an instant classic. This time he leaves a gig, only to head straight to the studio and straight onto the drums. The beat is outrageous but just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, in steps Jasmine Villegas with her vocals which takes the track to a completely different level!

Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit – Wanted
Being an almost religious fan of Racing games, this trailer was all it took for me to pre-order my copy. November 16th cannot come fast enough. I’ve recently fallen in love with gaming again after replacing my Xbox Elite with the new Xbox Slim and marrying it with an LED TV beaming 1080p greatness onto my retina.
I rated Need For Speed: Undercover, a whooping 8 out of 10. I’m hoping this episode will possess the same brilliance and class as the previous episode from this epic Saga.

Tablet Wars: iPad Vs PlayBook, Galaxy Tab & Slate
Unlucky for Apple, it’s not just RIM who are trying to get a piece of the action in the Tablet market. Samsung and HP heard the commotion and now they want to cash in. Now, let’s take a look at how they all weigh in.
Now pricing will be interesting because Christmas is only round the corner and I’m sure one of these 4 have already made it to numerous Christmas Wishlists, so in the next coming months I’m predicting an epic price war which hopefully will drop to as low as £300 for entry models here in the UK.
It shall be a VERY interesting next few months.

RIM PlayBook vs Apple iPad
Christmas is only round the corner. Let the Tablet Wars begin! Camp RIM just launched a sidewinder missile straight into the heart of Camp Apple with their very own version of Apple’s iPad, dubbed the ‘PlayBook’. It must be said, the ‘PlayBook’ sounds like something you would find in the ‘computers for 5 year olds’ section in the Argos catalogue.
This trailer really has been beautifully put together, however I feel that it’s just an advert promoting the PlayBook’s beautiful OS because they’ve failed to show what the device actually looks like in the hands of a user. If Apple want to continue to protect their gigantic share of the Tablet market, they must change the UI of their iOS as it’s becoming very out of date, very quickly. RIM took this opportunity to let everybody know that their device can multi-task whilst Apple’s one cannot, however this selling point will quickly be eliminated once Apple release the next major iOS update which will enable multi-tasking on all iPads.
Would I buy this over the iPad? No, because I’m still very biased in favour of everything that is Apple. I’ve yet to see a device that will change my opinion. Sadly, this isn’t it.

Donae’o – I’m Fly
I must admit. I thought Donae’o was a one hit wonder but now I gotta admit that I was wrong. This latest single, even if it lacks any real words at times, is quite a banger and I think the summer of 2010 will see this being bumped quite a bit thanks to it’s hard beat and catchy chorus. Enjoy!

Super 8 Trailer
Hollywood has made damn sure that details of this film, outside of this trailer, are not leaked anywhere! I know because I spent a whole hour trying to find further details of this until I eventually gave up.
All we know is, there’s a train in the infamous Area 51, carrying some extremely top secret cargo. So secret in fact, that somebody gave up their life to make sure it wasn’t a secret!
The directors are J.J. Abrams (Cloverfield) & Steven Spielberg, so you already know it’s going to be pretty damn serious! Word is it will be dropping in the summer of 2011.
